"Deciding who to build your home is a big decision and we are so pleased that we chose Exmouth Building Company. After meeting Mark and looking attheir houses in progress, my husband Ashley and I felt very confident they would do a good job.

Being able to look through previous clients homes was great as we saw the final build and the quality of workmanship but it also gave us confidence that Exmouth Building would deliver on what they promised. They maintain good relationships with their clients, otherwise people would not be so willing to open their doors so readily.

I also did not want to spend thousands on an architect drawing up plans to find the build would cost far beyond my budget. It was invaluable to have Mark design the house for us as we could make changes and amend previous designs to get exactly what we wanted.

This is the fourth house we have built and it was by far the easiest and also the best finished. I was particular about what I wanted in the house (and changed my mind a few times on various things) and Mark always responded cheerfully and promptly to my stream of calls and emails.

Living in Perth, I had great confidence that Mark and his team were doing a good job and I was always kept informed as to how our home was progressing. Even after the house was handed over, they were still happy to fix things for me, hang safety gates and even my wall clock – I don’t know of any other builders who do that!
