Mark Manuel completed his studies in Architectural Drafting & Design at 24 years of age and enjoyed many successful years in his own business as well as with some of Perth’s leading builders. He added further skills in scheduling, estimating, sales & development solutions along the way.

Prior to establishing Exmouth Building Company, Mark used his broad 33 years of industry experience as Office Manager for one of the most successful builders in the Southwest. He is a registered builder and now owns and manages EBC.
